Product Complaints

We take all complaints seriously and will do our best to resolve any issues you may have in a timely and professional manner. We recognize the importance of listening to our customers and responding appropriately.

If you have a complaint, please contact us by phone or email. We will acknowledge your complaint within one business day and will work with you to find a resolution. Our goal is to resolve all complaints within 14 days.

Reasonable Expectations

We expect our customers to treat our staff with respect and dignity. We value open and honest communication, and we encourage our customers to work with us to solve any problems that may arise.

We also ask that our customers respect the rights of other customers and provide us with honest and constructive feedback to help us improve our services.

Returns and Refunds

We take pride in the quality of our work, and we stand behind it. If you are not satisfied with our service, please let us know and we will do everything we can to make it right.

If you need to return a product, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. We offer refunds for products that are returned within 30 days of purchase, as long as they are in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them.
